Peanut Butter Blossoms

This is an all time favorite cookie recipe.

1 c oleo
1 c peanut butter
     
1 c sugar
1 c packed brown sugar

2 eggs
1/4 c milk
2 tsp vanilla

3 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda

1 bag of Hershey Kisses.


Cream oleo and peanut butter. Add both sugars and cream throughly. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Gradually add dry ingredients.

Chill dough- if needed.

Shape into 1" balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes till edges are firm.
Immediately press chocolate kiss atop each cookie.
